PowerShell opening itself

I am having an issue with the cmd powershell automatically opening and closing. This problem occurred after installing an Office package from a torrent. The path leads from the roaming folder in appdata. I have deleted everything related to uTorrent, from which this file originated, but the problem still persists. I have tried a lot of tutorials but none of them helped me.

Per the rules, we don’t help with issues from the use or download of Torrents. 90+% of PC infections come from this vector.
