    Microsoft Outlook 2021 issue

My wife and I both have Microsoft Office 2021 on our computers. When I open OUTLOOK, I have several columns such as From, Subject, Received, Size etc. There is also a small vertical line separating each column that I can increase or decrease the column by dragging it. On my wife computer I only see TODAY, and then off to the far right I see BY Date. I can click on the By Date, and get other options etc, buy how can I get it to look like my computer with several columns and the ability to change the column size. Thanks, Mike

Refer to your thread here on the same thing and see if this helps again.

Tried the instructions . After I get to the SHOW COLUMNS BOX, I see on the left side AVAILABLE COLUMNS, and on the right side I see SHOW THESE COLUMNS IN THIS ORDER. I then move a few columns in the order I want, and then click OK, and then OK again. But when I open Outlook again, it does not show what I chose. If I go back to what order I want to see the columns, it is the same as I adjusted it. it just does not the columns when I open outlook.

Have a look here and see if any of that helps.

I saw a similar article that was closed from 2017, it had no resolution. Every time I restart my Outlook 365 each day, or even do a reset mid day, my view settings go back to a split preview screen view. If I do a reset view, I'm good until I restart…

OK, I did the quick repair, and the long repair, still the same. I guess when I get ambitious, I will have to remove Office 2021 and then reinstall. Thanks for the suggestions, Mike
