    Realtek issues

hi i am really hoping someone can help me with issue. yesterday i installed finevoice on my computer for a trial run and didnt like it so uninstalled it but it left bits of itself in my computer relating to myfone and magicmic, and still not sure if all gone. problem after was i couldnt use my own headset again, basically left deaf and mute though testing shows it is picking up sound and mic is working. I searched for what i could to delete those files but issues remain. today i searched my system for realtek and there is nothing anywhere so assumed that the drivers had somehow been deleted. i then downloaded realtek but it came up during installation it was already on my system though everywhere i looked through help pages i couldnt see it, even searching found nothing. then as i was installing it came with the error driver failure 0001 and for the life of me i cannot find any realtek in my device manager. I have tried sys restore but it wont do that either saying something is blocking it, so stopped my bitdefender and tried again, still wont restore. i thought maybe i would need to turn off windows firewall and defender but hubby says that wont help either. is there anyone out there that can help me please. a pic of my system here which may or may not help Screenshot - decd057403d290c615bebe7b1010e139 - Gyazo

First, lets have a look at the system.
    Download Speccy.

[HEADING=3]To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:[/HEADING]
    [ol]
[li]In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.[/li][li]In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.[/li][li]Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot dialog box. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.[/li][/ol]

We might have to re-install finevoice and then uninstall it with a utility that fully uninstalls all of it.
Post the link where you downloaded finevoice please.
