Bios update question

I just want to know what is better/safer way to update bios. Bios update for Windows or EZ Flash Utility?

That depends on the instruction for the motherboard you are attempting to update.

You will need to refer to the manufactures site for the specific instruction.

There may be issues with any way you update any firmware that may cause it to not work properly.

They would not have posted the instruction unless they were correct and or tested to work properly.

Yet you have not posted any information about the MB and or why you are wanting to update the BIOS.

What is the current version of the BIOS installed?

Advice give is useless without that information, and you are the only on that knows your skill set and what you can handle.
