Hello, so i had problem with the newest bios causing stutters on my B450 k4 f4tality, i managed to downgrade it from 5.30 to 3.20 from instant flash, with usb stick. The problem i have now is that i cant downgrade it more (i want it on 1.80), the error i encounter is “Invalid File”, also i have tried to go to 3.10 since its the one below 3.20.
This is the website i downloaded the bios. https://www.asrock.com/mb/amd/fatal1ty b450 gaming k4/index.asp#BIOS. The usb is FAT32.
Well i already downgraded it from P5.30 to P3.20 even if it’s stated that you cant downgrade. I did this by using Flash Disk in BIOS, now i get an error saying “Invalid file” when trying to get to P1.80.
