Received error message on new computer out of box.

Received cyberpowerpc i7. I set it up new out of the box. When turned on received message windows has experienced an unexpected error. Hit okay below and restart windows install. Hit okay and the same thing. Just goes into a loop. Any suggestions? Thinking maybe it has something to do with the bios.

A new pc should not have problems so I would return it as defective.
