K-Lite Media Player Classic - the video playback is way too dark
Hello. I upgraded my old laptop with ssd drive and installed windows 10. I installed k-lite codec pack, (full) including media player classic. The video files I play from media player classic appear too dark (Screenshot attached). When I play the same video from VLC players, it plays fine and looks brightly lit (screenshot attached).
Hello. Haha, no, there is no particular reason except for good experience over the years. On another forum called computer juice, someone introduced me to K-Lite Codec Pack in 2008. I have been using it ever since then with good experience . Besides VLC, I havent heard of Potplayer - i will check it out .
If you’re looking for a singe installer that will make sure that you’ll be able to play almost all known codecs to mankind 🙂 (I’m serious though!) plus at the same time that doesn’t cost you anything at all, then K-Lite Codec pack is the one to call for. K-Lite is a partially open source
