PC Issues (Mouse Lag, Black Screen, Blue Screen)

Hi,

PC Specs (I built it):

• AMD APU 2200G Ryzen
• 16GB RAM DDR4
• Windows installed on a 500GB SSD, and I have a 1TB HD installed as well
• Sceptre 27 inch monitor

So the issues I have been having for a while (even before I upgraded to Windows 11) on this PC are significant mouse lag, the screen suddenly goes black, and the occasional blue screen of death.

Do I need to upgrade my PC to fix the mouse lag? I have tried the monitor and the mouses with my other computer and there is NO issues at all, so whatever the problem is, it is with this PC.
