4 K video downloader

I have been using 4 K video downloader for a few months now to copy videos from Facebook and others to my computer so I can then burn them to a DVD. It stopped working correctly. When I open the program and choose Download, nothing happens. I was going to just uninstall and reinstall the program, but I do not want to lose any videos that I have. Any suggestions ? while I have not used that program, it would not keep any downloads internally.
so removing the software will not remove the downloaded content.

where does it download to, Download folder, or Videos folder, or where you tell it to?

What version of Windows do you have installed? Did you perform any software changes that could have caused this issue? Is Windows up to date?
