Realtek Audio Device is not working

Realtek HD Audio Device is not showing up in Device Manager and in drivers update utilities (Driver Booster, Driver Easy). In Device Manager showing up only AMD HD Audio Device. I tried almost evrything. Uninstall and Install realtek drivers from Motherboard’s website and Realtek’s website, Set default BIOS settings and More. I realy cant found the solutions and need yours help. For a long time I also had a uninstalled front panel Audio (maybe this could be the reason)…

    PC specs:
    Windows 10
    AMD RX 580
    Rysen 3 1200
    Asrock b450 pro4
    Realtek ALC982

This and other like it are nothing but crap.

Page 1 of 2 - Pros and Cons of Driver Booster 2 ? - posted in All Other Applications: What are the Pros & Cons of Driver Booster 2 ?   Is it safe to be used by a somewhat computer illiterate person , if safe at all ?   Is it reliable ?   Is there any known problems to it or but use of it ?   Would you use it ? If not , then why and what is your best alternative ?

So other can assist let get a speccy report.

[COLOR=rgb(243, 121, 52)]Do not forget to post the make and model of the PSU if this is a desktop.

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

            remove the USB audio device.

try rebooting the PC into Safe Mode, then play with the Realtek drivers.
also try creating another user account and logging in under that profile and see if that helps.

so you get no sound at all, from front or back ports?
what speakers do you have, 3.5mm or USB connected ones?

does the sound card show up in Device Manager with a yellow triangle, or not at all?
