    PC not booting

So I bought a new pre built desktop and it booted sucessfully when I first turn it on. Turned it off and went to install an additional ssd that I had for extra storage and it would’t boot at all not even into BIOS. Figured and I had plugged in wrong and fixed it. Desktop booted straight to BIOS and no longer have been able to boot to Windows. Decided to remove ssd to see if that was the issue but it still won’t boot up. Any help will be appreciated on what the issue could be. The mb is a Gigabyte Z390 UD.

CLR_CMOS (Clear CMOS Jumper) Use this jumper to clear the BIOS configuration and reset the CMOS values to factory defaults. To clear the CMOS values, use a metal object like a screwdriver to touch the two pins for a few seconds.
    • Always turn off your computer and unplug the power cord from the power outlet before clearing the CMOS values.
    • After systemrestart, go to BIOS Setup to load factory defaults (select Load Optimized Defaults) or manually configure the BIOS settings (refer to Chapter 2, “BIOS Setup,” for BIOS configurations).

Did that and nothing. Still boots straight to bios no windows boot.
