bzzz noise from pc when i TAB-out of a game.

my pc makes a bery high pitched and anoying noise when im running a game and tab out of it. Sometimes it also happens when i’m in a video game’s menu. My guess is thaht my pc is creating too many fps’s or something but whaat do i know im just a normie. I atached a compressed video to demonstrate. Anyone know how to fix this ?

im not sure you can hear it on the vid(taken by my xxxxxx phone) but it is realy loud irl

yeah - I can see you hitting tab but can’t tell the difference between the keystroke noises and whatever else may be happening.

maybe its too high frequency for the mic to detect
