    Issue with asrock x370 rgb

If anyone can help please its annoying. So the issue is that i have cooler and chipset syncd together with rgb, but when i turned it off the cooler stays in blue and when its on its not well syncd anymore because blue colours is always on, problem is in motherboard but i dont now what kind of problem, i tried adding led strip to check and also follows cooler color not chipset one, tried reinstalling programs for it and reseting motherboard (cmos) any kind of help would be appreciated.

g’day Yann and welcome to the forums.

knowing your hardware specs may help.

get Speccy from here; Speccy - Download Builds

in Speccy, click File > Publish Snapshot > Copy to Clipboard > Close.
now you can paste (Ctrl+V) that link into a post.

One component Speccy doesn’t cover is the Power Supply Unit, so please also include the make/model of the PSU.

was the Speccy issue with the download, the install or the posting the link?
Speccy tells us so much more then those specs you supplied, like running processes, updates, and a much more in-depth list of components.

so, to clarify, your issue is the LED lighting - what ever the mobo or CPU cooler is set to, they both should be showing that same colour?

I menaged to download speccy something was wrong with me, I mean chipset heatsink color is the main one and everything connected to led headers should follow it. But the cooler which is connected to rgb headers shows diffrent colors, i tried to tur off the system in software for that rgb and when its off chipset heatsink color is off but cooler shows dimmed blue lik on picture, tried connecting led rgb strip to 4pin headers the same thing as a cooler, and when its trunning in for example in breathing mode heatsink changes to all colors while cooler dont because allways in background blue is on
So the main problem is that blue color that stays always on

what is the make/model of the RGB hardware?
and what software are you using to control it?

each header on the mobo is label.
the RGB lighting for the cooler fan should go into the headers labelled RGB LED.
that mobo also has AMD FAN LED and a 4 pin CPU FAN header, I suspect you have the cooler cable going into one of those.

how many cables are coming out of the cooler fan?
                    is it two?
if so, one would be for power, the other for lights.

Update : i have plug where led on cooler connects to power of a fan on cooler and it stays in only one color and that is red, so the cooler works, it seems like its problem in motherboard with 12 v headers
