    Audio messed up

Hello guys,i bough a new Headset Eksa e900 pro 6 months ago and it works pretty well and sound is amazing,it even has it own driver for setting up the sound and stuff.

Anyhow around 1 month ago i noticed this issue i get quite often when i watch something on youtube,my sound cuts off and video pauses with circle spining around,to fix this i just unplug my Headset USB-C and plug it in again, however this started to occur way too much recently,i noticed while i’m playing a game i will randomly get massive fps drop without sound, and than after 1 sec it’s back to normal,i tried to move the headphone cable around to see if it’s faulty, but i can’t replicate the issue.

I also have Realtek HD audio menager Audio driver on my pc,maybe it’s overlaping with Headset one and making the problem?I’m at a loss here what to do,it’s not a giant issue but sometimes it happends so much it becomes annoying specialy when playing games, anyone has any ideas? Thanks in advance.

    While waiting for others.

Try lowering the quality and see if that helps at all.

do you recall anything happening about a month ago, like new software, new hardware, OS updates?

does it only happen when using online stuff, like YouTube and games, or also when listening to downloaded content, or using your own CD’s and DVD’s etc?

No software changes that i know of,It does happen a lot, mostly on Youtube but in games also,i think it might be cable fault because i have double monitors and i turn my head constantly, that seems to be the time for issue to appear,i trie to move my cable around and sometimes it snaps sometimes it’s okay.

ok, a quick test of that theory would be to unplug the headphones and use the PC speakers.
