When I try to scroll on my pc on anything webpages, file folder, or anything that involves scrolling a little box in the upper left pops up. When I scroll the scroll button in little box moves but not what I’m trying to move. Its probably easy to remove but I cant seem to find anything online about it. Thanks for the help a few screen shots its in the upper left hand corner.

Are you using the scroll wheel?
That is the Volume level.
Make and model of the mouse?
Wired or Wireless?
Here is a suggestion from several sites…
Beside the scroll wheel should be a DPI button, press and hold that for about 10 seconds to switch the mode of your scroll wheel to normal mode out of media mode -
