    I did I’m afraid

Change the Windows Power Plan to Balanced, your GPU will not get enough power otherwise.

Download, install and make Chrome your default browser.

See how things go after that.

I recently moved from Chrome to Microsoft Edge because Chrome uses a lot of ram and i don’t have much so i figured it would be better for the computer performance overall.

Can you recommend me a good defragment software? Also a good and reliable place to learn how to keep my computer always smooth and clean?

I already planned on sending my computer for professional maintenance since my efforts are resulting in no improvements, i’m hoping he can help me solve it. I believe you can close this thread after your awswer since i won’t be able to reply anymore
But thanks a lot for your time and patience!! I’m glad we tried.

No problem but fwiw you are giving up on this too soon, there is nothing wrong with your computer hardware wise.

Windows defrag You should not run this too often and for two reasons, it wears the drive and overdoing it can actually fragment the data on a hard drive, an average user should not defrag any more than three or four times a year, power users who do a lot of file swapping once or twice a month.

        You are welcome
