Pc Starting Issues

Hi,
Ive had this issue for quite a while now,
When turning off my pc upon turning it back on i get stuck on the lock screen with the date and time from the lock screen being overlayed onto my actual home screen, i cannot interact with anything and my screen flickers black with a cursor i can move
So far the only way to fix it is to keep turning the pc on and off untill i get windows recovery then booting in safe mode, going into device manager, uninstalling my nvidia 1050 graphics drivers then rebooting, then i can interact as normal and reinstall my drivers
i have tried using different versions of drivers with no luck
its getting really annoying and i just want help

Ive also tried system restores but they just corrupt and fail (i havent yet completely rebooted my pc)

I would use DDU to cleanly uninstall the nVidia driver.
I would download the latest driver from nViai first though.
