My pc wont restart so i cant install realtek drivers!

My audio and pc were working fine then the next thing I remember was plugging in my TV via hdmi. After unplugging my TV and trying to switch back to my aux headset it didn’t come up in the sound settings after some searching around I found out that the realtek audio driver was missing and only the NVIDIA High Definition Audio driver was present when trying to install the realtek HD audio driver it prompted me to restart so I tried to restart but the pc light never turned off an the fans kept going while the monitor was dis connected (same happens if I try to shut down the pc). After waiting for at least an hour nothing changed so I force shutdown by holding the power button.
I don’t know what has happened and all guides online are for slightly different problems so any help would be appreciated.

PC Specs if it helps

CPU - Intel(R) Coreâ„¢ i5-8400 CPU @ 2.80GHz
GPU - NVIDIA GeForce 1060
Motherboard - MSI B360-A PRO
RAM - 24GB

If I missed anything let me know

So other can assist

Make and model of Power supply unit

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

One thing that I see is a problem

Disk Letter: C:
Size: 930 GB
Used Space: 920 GB (98%)
Free Space: 9.66 GB (2%)

Windows requires an average of 32 GB free space and 7-10 GB reserved for patches and updates. The less space you have the harder the system has to work and files will become corrupt. Figure an average of 20% to 30% is good.

Have you downloaded the driver from the motherboards site?

You could attempt a system roll back to a date that it was before you this happened.
