PC Cursor freezes/ PC Hang (NEED HELP)

Hi,

To anyone reading this i require immediate assistance as this issue has been ongoing for a long time and its frustrating.

Long story short, the issue involves my pc freezing/hanging upon loading up any sort of games with signs being the mouse cursor not spinning but staying at one spot.(its that circle thing around your cursor that spins when its loading except it freezes at one spot) and this issue has been ongoing for a year and half.

As for fixing it, ive tried replacing every single part in my pc, updating and checking every single drivers, fresh install of windows, scanning for viruses and such and every solution that i could find to fix it but none worked.

I did the most painful solution which was to sell my self build pc and purchasing a brand new pre-build yet the problem persists after a while but i have dictacted that it could be a software issue but am still unsure of the problem.

If any of you ever encounter this similar problem, please i hope you can share your solutions with me as i tried literally everything there is to fix it but to no avail.

does is also happen with the PC booted into Safe Mode?

the fact you got a new PC and this still happens would indicate something specific to your setup - either hardware or software.

if it’s hardware - what came across from the old rig? - mouse?, keyboard?, monitor? etc?

as to software caused - I would be starting from a fresh install of Windows (again) and leaving it as is, making sure everything is working. then introducing one new software at a time, running the setup with that for a few days and seeing how it goes. if all good, add another program and try again.
eventually you will get the same problem but be able to pinpoint the software that caused it.
