Can't delete file

So I have this Lavaspft Folder located at Progarms Files (x86) and I want to delete it. I tried to delete it but there are still 4 files in there. When I’m trying to delete it, it says “The action can’t be completed because the file is open in WC Assistant” (watch image). I tried to find WC Assistant in Task Manager but I couldn’t find it. Try restarting the PC, if you still cannot delete the folders then boot to safe mode & try within that to delete them.
Do you have any Lavasoft programs installed Like AdAware?
Look for SPWindowsService under task manager:

I found SPWindowsService and ended it then I deleted the files and it worked. thank!
