When i install any browser, i cant press any key and my pc starts opening random windows. Please help

Hello to everyone, i have the problem that i can´t install any browser on my pc because it starts to open random windows and when i try to write anything, it opens more windows than before and it´s a constant loop. I can´t show a video because i literally can´t do nothing when i open the browser.

PS: I tried installing differents browsers, with every browser i try, it does the same on my computer.
I also did Factory rest like 6 times and it doesn´t work either

I will be really thanked to any who could bring help to me, thanks to everybody and hope ur having a nice day

what sort of factory reset - clean slate keeping nothing, or reset Windows keeping software and settings?
have you tried booting the PC into Safe Mode?
what about creating another login account and seeing if it happens there too.

was there an error message when installing a browser in Safe Mode?
or did everything simply look normal until any broswer gets opened then it all goes bat crap crazy?
            what browsers have you tried?

whatever this particular iceberg is, I think you are only seeing the tip of it.
be it malware infection or failing hard drive etc.
I would be backing up my critical stuff for starters then making a bootable USB stick of the latest Windows 10 image via the Media Creation Tool.
use that to nuke the PC from space… deleting all drive partitions at the offered chance.

There was no error message when installing all of browsers i tried. Everything looked normal until any browser got opened. I´m posting a video of what it does when i open a browser, in this case opera gx. I tried Google Chrome, mozilla Firefox, Tor (for real), Opera and Opera GX.
I already have done what you tell me, i mean about the bootable USB sitck and partitions.

Here i attach a link of a video i took of what it does to me when i open a browser and try to use it

Can you post the brand and model name or number of the power supply (PSU).

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.
