Driver caused my computer to have a rainbow static display.

I recently built my computer for the first time. I was having some problems with the monitor going black for a few seconds at a time whenever I was playing a high-demand game (war thunder, Battlefield, etc.). I decided to download a driver for my graphics card thinking that it might help. When I downloaded the driver and restarted my computer, the screen turned into a rainbow static. It stays like that for a few seconds and then turns black. I am unable to uninstall the driver because of not having the monitor working. Is there any way to uninstall the driver in my case? I would also be willing to wipe the computer if I needed to but I’m not sure how to do that without the display working. (Picture attached)
