Why i getting this screen problem?

Hello. My English is not the greatest but i’m gonna try my best. So, my problem is started when my PC doing windows 10 updates. It happened a couple of times and i fixed it but the problem was always there since it wanted to update the pc.So I turned off the updates. But I never restarted it because it will automatically start the update. Anyway, while I was asleep somehow my PC restarted by itself. And once somehow I managed to login and delete the latest update, but then my screen was fully zoomed in and I Got the AMD graphics driver message. And then from the original Radeon page I downloaded the program whats automatically detect my version of Radeon. and when I installed it, if I remember correctly it got a blacksreen then the same greenish error screen like on the picture.I knew it will not work because its always when the windows wants to update that part.My Friend said its a processor, gpu problem. But my other friend said if im able to log into bios its not a gpu problem. So what should i do? I know I need to reinstall it later on.. but the problem is gonna be there. Sooner or later. What you guys think?

You have not included the brand and model name or number of the MB or the PSU.

Noticed the date of the BIOS, 12/17/12, with the MB being this old there is a good chance that there are no Windows10 drivers for it.
