      One of Cooler Masters better PSUs but how old is yours.

      Loss of power and Radeon software are the two latest events and it was most likely the loss of power that affected the Radeon software.

      Download Speedfan and install it. Once it’s installed, run the program and post here the information it shows. The information I want you to post is the stuff that is circled in the example picture I have attached.

      So that we have a comparison to Speedfan, download, run and grab a screenshot of HWMonitor (free).

      To capture and post a screenshot;

      Click on the ALT key + PRT SCR key..its on the top row..right hand side..now click on start…all programs…accessories…paint…left click in the white area …press CTRL + V…click on file…click on save…save it to your desktop…name it something related to the screen your capturing… BE SURE TO SAVE IT AS A .JPG …otherwise it may be to big to upload… after typing in any response you have… click on Upload a File to add the screenshot.

      Screenshot instructions are provided to assist those that may read this topic but are not yet aware of the “how to”.

            Don[ICODE]t worry about Speedfan, it doesn[/ICODE]t get on with a lot of modern MBs.

            HWMonitor is showing a couple of things, not enough voltage going to the RAM, slightly high voltage on the +3.3 and +12V rails and high temperature readings from a sensor on the MB near the GPU slot.

            Have you ever tried overclocking this system at all.

            Was the PSU out of the box new when you got it and do you still have the sales invoice, that model of PSU was released in 2013 and only covered by a five year warranty so if not out of the box new and you do not know how old it is how do you know that you can trust it.

                Please restart your computer and check the temperatures/voltages in the BIOS, no screenshot is required just make a note of the temperatures, the DRAM voltage, the +3.3V, +5V and the +12V rails on the PSU and post them with your next reply.

                NB: BIOS voltage readings.

                The readings are not conclusive in the BIOS as the computer is under the least amount of load, if they are higher or lower than what they should be though it does most often suggest a PSU problem.

                  Voltage:

                  12 V — 12.363 V
                  5 V ---- 5.020 V
                  3 V ---- 3.360 V

                    We are missing the temperature and DRAM voltage readings.

                    The +3.3V reading is high for a computer that is not under load, see tolerance table below;

                            You have made the changes but have you had any problems since?

                            Can I ask that you only reply after you have done any testing and are able to provide any feedback on the outcome of the testing.

                                You have not had any problem since making the changes that were recommended so what makes you think that you have to return any of your hardware, I suggested that you make the changes that you have done because that was what was required, short version, your system had not been set up correctly from day one I`m afraid.
