Weird dots on my screen...

Hi my name is Dylan

I started having an issue with my pc. It started about two weeks ago, and hasn’t stopped since.
The problem I’m having are these weird dots on my programs. They kinda reapear and go away if I move my mouse in a certain way or direction. But it just makes everything look broken and glitched.

It happens to pretty much every program I download… It happend on microsoft teams and the software I use for my camera.

Can somebody help me?

Hey ummm I havent changed the software to my knowledge… Should I roll the pc back for over 2 weeks?

Oh and I tried to restore my pc now but I get this message…[ATTACH type=“full”]6048[/ATTACH]
