PC Specs:

So the issue is strange, everytime I boot my pc and sign in for around 5 minutes everything is fine but after that USB stops working for example if I unplug my mouse and plug it back in the mouse won’t work not even the RGB on the mouse will show and that’s with every device that is plugged in via USB. But it’s only if I unplug it. To get the mouse or anyother USB device to work I have to restart and when I do it gets stuck on the restarting screen for around 5 minutes before it actually turns off and boots and if I shut it down sometimes the fans still spin and the rgb on the mobo still shine. And I realised it could be the rbg program from aorus fault since it I plug my phone in to the pc it’s spams the USB in and out noise and the icon of the program appears and disappears in the task bar so I uninstall it but nothing’s changed and now I’m stuck not sure what to do.
