Stuck on asrock logo in startup

I slept without shutting down my pc.when i woke up it gets stuck to the asrock logo

Is the system coming out of Hibernate, Sleep or after a complete power cycle?

How long have you allowed the system to sit at that screen before attempting something?

yes i forgot to turn it off before bed.around 9 hours

Disconnect the power form the system discharge the power then reconnect the power and power on the system.
