I purchased some software from a person on Ebay.com. It is Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010.
I installed it, but it never finished successfully. I have been in touch which the supplyer and we have been
trying different things to make it work.

However, we are getting nowhere, so I am asking for help from you. When I look inside the Microsoft Office ,
and see the Office14 which it installed. Then when I open Excel or Word Icon, or one note, it says
“This app can’t run on your PC. To find a version for your PC, check with the software Publisher.” And some
of the files say “The operating system is not presently configured to run this application.”

It is a new Lenovo computer.

Buying this sort of software on Ebay is VERY risky. The disc may have corrupted files or be a pirate copy. Suggest you try and return the disc.

What bitness is your pc- 32 or 64?
You may have a 32bit pc and installed the 64bit version of Office.
Try loading the 3:but one.

but yes, eBay software, plus Office 2010 pro plus was heavily pirated.
