    FireFox password file

I have, assumingly, copied and pasted my old password file from my previous harddrive to my new one but it hasn’t had any effect. No detail entries are given when I visit my old sites. What might have happened?

Weird, it had no effect. I guess I am just going to have to deal with each login at a time.

Not a problem you may also want to post the same question there.

This could be a new security feature that they have evoked.

Do you still have access to your “old hard drive”?

Please no need to quote previous posts, just post your comment in the blank posting box and click “post reply” NOT THE REPLY BUTTON in the post you want to respond to.

Ok if you can boot to that drive use Mozbackup to backup all your profile stuff to say a flash drive, then restore it when you boot to your new hard drive.

                Get mozbackup HERE

Also if you want to do it manually here’s how to get it off your old drive. HERE

No, I’ve basically given up hope of getting it working.
