            Yes if needed it does, there is no need to update them unless there is an issue. I have a windows 7 install and have not updated the drivers except my video card drivers in 6 years and it runs exactly the same speed it did when I installed windows.

                Windows 10 is famous for driver issues. As @Malnutrition said earlier get them ONLY from the device manufacturers website (and that is definitely not Windoze)

                And if it aint broke DON’T FIX IT.
