    No Audio Through Speakers!

    Hi all

I have recently got a new pc and I connect my tv to it with a HDMI cable but then the audio comes out of my tv instead of coming out the audio jack that I have plugged in inorder to get audio coming out of my speakers.
I have tried setting my playback device to different options too.
I have attached my audio playback devices and system information.
    Thank you all!

Right-click and disable the TV audio playback completely. See if that defaults to your speakers.

It seems like your speakers aren’t actually showing up. I have Digital Audio too, but my speakers show up as a separate device.

Are they plugged in properly? Have you installed the drivers/software for them? What model are the speakers?

Can you show a screenshot of what’s under “Audio inputs and outputs” in Device Manager?

Yeah, your speakers aren’t being detected.

You need an entry with that speaker icon. Can you try unplugging and plugging it back in, or trying it on a different machine?

I had them tested on another machine yesterday this problem is only happening because there plugged into a new pc today.
and I just tried turning them on and off again and nothing happened

Do you have headphones you can plug into the new PC? Your audio jack could be defective.

okay so I found the problem..

My Computer was automaticly reconising my tv as my sound playback through the HDMI and then because my tv has a headphone port in I then have to plug the speakers into the tv instead of the pc and this way with the sound connected to the HDMI and the speaker jack plugged into the tv has seemed to of done it.

                      Thank you everyone!
