Downloading Compressed file to SD Card?

Im hoping someone can asssit me with this one as I am baffled.I have recently aquired a new Car media system whihc includes a sat nav.The files for the sat nav sd card were sent to me in compressed form as shown below. When I download the link it constantly ends up as a compressed file on Mega sync???mega sync I have never heard of,and have no way of knowing how to use.
The instructions were to unzip the file and download to root of SD card???
If I click on download on mega site they do download,?Mega sync is showing 6.52 GB storeage, but what do I do with them, how do I do it?

Would someone be good enough to explain in plain english how I dwonlaod this compresed file onto the root of my sd card Thank you/

Hello

Maybe this will help..

Log in to the computer. Click “Start,” then “My computer.” A Windows Explorer window will open. Navigate to the folder containing the file you want to copy to the SD card.
Insert the SD card into the computer’s built-in slot or into the card reader. A new Windows Explorer window will open, displaying the contents of the root folder of the SD card.
Click on the first Windows Explorer window to select it, then click on the file you want to copy. Press “Control-C.” Click on the second Windows Explorer window, then press “Control-V.” The operating system will copy the file to the root directory of the SD card.

Thank you fro your pormpt reply

The major problem is that when I download the zipped file Im given no option which folder to download it to,its already set up to download in its zipped form to a"Site" called Mega sync.…any attempt to send it elsewhere is blocked by “Mega” ,so what I have to do first is to somehow get this zipped file into a folder of its own,but I just cannot see how? This is how the initial download is presented to me: MEGA appreciate any advice as really need this file in useable form thanks

Thanks for reply, but without meaning to be rude I have no idea what it is you are trying to show me,the screen is too small(if I enlarge it becomes blurred) and there appears to be no audio?

Download the file to you computer desktop

Uncompress the file using a uncompressing program like winrar
(Select the correct version for for operating system)

Copy and paste the uncompressed file to the SD card.
