            I was not able to do it yet, but i had someone gain access to my origins account through this apparently

                        I decided to do the recovery today and apparently i can not, it just keeps saying there was a problem trying to restore this pc

                              I have seemed to have fixed the issue, I went through my C:\ drive and deleted items and made space, I was able to finally update my windows version and now I have access to everything again
