Like I say… You must be logged out of the main account and logged out of the new account, in order for this work properly. All work must be done from the Admin Account.
Windows cannot find C:\WINDOWS\system32\taskmgr.exe

it seems to be the admin priv that is mucking up, the only difference between when it was working and now was moving my pc in and out of a car, no bumps or anything, all profiles are saved on an SSD if that can help anythingComment
