I made the account and transfered everything, it works fine, just have to change everything to make it the same

it seems to be the admin priv that is mucking up, the only difference between when it was working and now was moving my pc in and out of a car, no bumps or anything, all profiles are saved on an SSD if that can help anything

I ran the program and again nothing happened, just loaded for 3 seconds and nothing of it
