popping window

I have a weird problem with my computer. There is this random window, which pops up about every 2 hours.
This only affects my left screen and whatever program i run on it: the window pops up for 0,5 seconds and closes the current program.

This is especially frustrating during games: I’m in middle of a firefight and “pop” goes the window. Failure. Regret. Death.

I haven’t downloaded anything special and I have already run my antivirus programs multiple times. Clean. So can this be the fault of the OS (Windows 10) or something?
Please help!

Have you checked Task Scheduler to see if anything is running an update check every two hours?
I was having a similar problem at 9:50pm every night, I would be playing a game & the game would minimise as though another program had opened but it hadn’t. I checked TS & there was a program set to run an update check at that time, to be sure this was the cause I changed the time & the same thing happened at that time. I have now set the time to 9:00pm when I’m not at the computer.

After the fix is complete, then reboot your machine.

After the reboot post a new hijack this log and let me know how things are running now.
