Exist any Live Windows DVD without any storage media req'd?

Hi!

I seach for Windows Live DVD which really needs not any harddisk - exactly: when I boot from DVD (or USB from ISO) into PC without any storage media and it can work.
I used Windows 8.1 Live DVD in computer which had broken disk, it always hanging and I meant that’s problem of DVD, but when I start installation from Windows 10 DVD, installation began and at disk choice was found disk with 0B used, 0B free and then I knew that problem was in missing any temporary storage… and disk inside PC was corrupted.
So, is any Live Windows edition for DVD or USB with possibily to run on computer without storage media?
