Can't set up my Outlook e-mail on Office 2016

I have tried numerous times, using identical settings from my previous pc. I have also changed the password to make sure that wasn’t an issue.

The new password works on my cell phone and att mail online, everything there works. Nothing I have tried has been able to get my e mail account established on Office/Outlook 2016. POP/Imap, .mail.yahoo.com/.att.yahoo.com etc nadna

I’m out of ideas at this point. Could the firewall or AV be stopping out bound communication?

I dug into the AV and firewall scenario. It appeared that there could have been some blocking there so I nullified it.

Still no success though.
