I am using a library computer which doesn’t allow for me to install anything, however i would like to install a file/zip extractor on a thumb drive, i just tried a program called Peazip which said it was no install but when i tried to use the .exe the computer wouldn’t let me. So does anyone know a good, free, no-install, portable zip extractor, i have alot of files that need to be unzipped some as big as 8 GB, so an online extractor won’t work.
Looking for a no-install zip extractor

Well from what i know it is the way the public libraries set up there pc’s..That is it is setup to where you can’t download software and apparently transfer files.. Most public libraries pc’s are set up like this. The only thing i can see that you can do is talk to the head of the library and see if they would configure a pc for what you want to do.. I doubt this would happen tho. -

If you have a computer at your home, then you can use a nice tethering program called PDANET.
I use it very often as I work on the road, as some places I stay do not have internet.
I often stream movies this way with little to no buffering.
You can install the free version to see if it works, if it does then the paid version is only 7 dollars.
The free version you can use as long as you want, but it cuts out like every two or three minutes.
That is just so that you can test if it works.
The program works on Android or Iphones.
Edit: This will chew through your data fairly fast if you watch a lot and download a lot. I use this program to change my DNS server in my phone. Then I use Alternate DNS to stop ads before they hatch…Comment
