Sorry but you have post on a tech forum asking for help but have provided zero information about your computer or it`s hardware, this makes it impossible for anyone to even hazard a guess as to what is going on.
Is the computer a custom build or brand name such as Dell or HP, if a brand name provide the model name or series number (not serial) if a custom build post the brand and model name or number for the following:
CPU
MB
RAM (including the amount)
Add on Video Card if one is used.
PSU (power supply unit)
Providing these details will enable folk to better help you.Comment

Lets also get a speccy report on the system.
Do not forget to post the make and model of the PSU if this is a desktop.
Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.
To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:
In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.
In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.
Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.Comment

Can see a couple of things that you need to change but get back to us regarding the question above first if you will.Comment

But did they actually say " we had three screens hooked up all throughout testing "
Not being pedantic but unless they actually verbally said that to you I would not be taking their test results as gospel, how for example do you run a PC at max for 24Hrs without actually being in attendance, it would not be safe for starters as an overheating PC is a fire hazard.
Let us know if you want us to provide some test info.Comment

Post an image of the back of the system with everything connected.
When the display goes what does the POST stated LEDS and Q code LED show?
showing the schedule to run a program that is called Drive Easy.

Page 1 of 2 - Pros and Cons of Driver Booster 2 ? - posted in All Other Applications: What are the Pros & Cons of Driver Booster 2 ? Is it safe to be used by a somewhat computer illiterate person , if safe at all ? Is it reliable ? Is there any known problems to it or but use of it ? Would you use it ? If not , then why and what is your best alternative ?
You shouldn’t use any “Driver Updater” programs. These kind of programs are completely useless on top of being harmful. If you need to download drivers for a device, download them straight from that computer manufacturer website or the device manufacturer website. This will ensure that you have legitimate and working drivers.
That also goes for allowing Windows to update drivers.
Have you tried setting all three monitors to the same resolution and see of the same thing happens.
Like @phillpower2 stated

If you were to set it up the same way, they did in the show with just one monitor you would probably get the same results.Comment
