Did you make any changes to the laptop?
The dump file is showing a ram issue.
Could you post the serial number please.

[HEADING=3]Can you Download and run and then post. Speccy - Free Download
To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:[/HEADING]
[HEADING=3]In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.[/HEADING]
In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot dialog box. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

The last part of each URL is randomized, so only people you provide with the URL will be able to find your profile.

The information given in Speccy cannot be used by anyone to hack your system

Could you also include the power supply specs E.g Cooler Master 850W Gold V2 NOT E.g 850w

Download MiniToolBox and save the file to the Desktop.

      Close the browser and run the tool, check the following options;

List last 10 Event Viewer Errors
      List Installed Programs
      List Devices (Only Problems)
List Users, Partitions and Memory size

      Click on Go.

Post the resulting log in your next reply for us as an attachment

We can see problems with Windows and the RAM with the latter making zero sense as it is not possible to have 14GB of RAM when 4GB is soldered into the MB and there is but one slot that allows for upgrades, 4, 8, 16 and 32GB are the only compatible sticks so no way can you have 14GB

            1. Copy any dmp files from C:\Windows\Minidump onto the desktop.
            2. Select all of them, right-click on one, and click on Send To> New Compressed (zipped) Folder.
            3. Upload the zip folder using the Attach button, bottom left of the dialogue input box

It should be 8GB Soldered + 8GB SODIMM. With 2GB used for the OS.

Attached pics of the RAM, and the latest dump files.

Sorry for the delay getting back to you.

Went off the Lenovo specs here which says only 4GB so some models must differ.

The first two dmps went through the debugger but the third for some reason just kept freezing, two possible causes of your troubles are Windows itself but the CPU could be involved in some way, you mentioned having updated all Lenovo and AMD drivers, can I ask from where you got both the Lenovo and the AMD drivers from.

Lenovo and amd.com using their auto-detect support tools.

I only updated them after this started happening.

You should only be using drivers obtained from Lenovo, not AMD.
