Make sure the RAM is in the proper slots.

Does the system work if you use just one of the RAM sticks
I’ve tried disconnected both one at a time and no cigar.

Rams in proper slots, I’ve gone down just to one stick and still the same error.

You have checked the BIOS that drive is the primary drive?

Have you tried swapping the HDD and SSD cable and ports?

While in your BIOS look and see if the drive is set to IDE/ACHI/RAID

                  It isn’t.

Shouldn’t be anything of import maybe a few games and programs but was only a 240gb drive

Do you have the Windows 10 install media so you can perform a repair?

                      If Needed
                      https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/soft...load/windows10

Through this we can roll back some of the most recent updates and see of that correct it.

I just reinstalled windows in the end and it’s now working with the new ram…

I was able to keep all files but obviously it’s not installed is there any way to do that automatically ???

Unfortunately, when you perform a repair install some of the registry entries get reset and some of the up-to-date files that the previously installed programs need get over written.

as far as the old programs a simple reinstall should fix that.

what is the issue with the data
