Multiple BSOD and Consistent Game crashes

I just finished building a brand new PC. Specs are:

    Intel Core i9-12900K 3.2 GHz 16-Core Processor
Asus ROG STRIX Z690-E GAMING WIFI ATX LGA1700 Motherboard
    Corsair Dominator Platinum RGB 64 GB (4 x 16 GB) DDR5-6200 CL36 Memory
    3x Samsung 980 Pro 2 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive
Zotac GAMING AMP Holo GeForce RTX 3080 Ti 12 GB Video Card
Corsair RM1000x (2021) 1000 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply
    Windows 11

My first problems with this build have been the initial windows installation. Multiple BSOD while USB media was plugged in and freezes during installation phase. In efforts to remedy I have tried installing across all 3 m.2s, re-installing every piece of hardware(including CPU) and insane amount of restarts. I am not sure what fixed this problem, but eventually I jammed Windows 11 in, the only thing I did differently was plugging my USB through my case chassis.

At this point I figured it was drivers, so I immediately downloaded all the drivers I could through armory crate and geforce experience. Also downloaded ICUE and Logitech G-hub. The next issues were that random crashes would happen with applications such as firefox. When loading video games I am able to get to the load screen but once the game starts up it crashes(sometimes I get about 5 seconds of walking around). These are games across Steam and Origin. Also I have games installed on different SSDs.

The last big issues are with BSOD while doing restarts/shutdowns. Sometimes if I restart the computer through windows, it will give me a BSOD, or on start-up it will just give me a black screen. I have tried swapping around my RAM and am currently using the 2 stick configuration in accordance with how the manual wants it to be set-up. I have also un-installed armory crate since apparently that causes lots of issues. All of my attempted fixes are not working. Any advice is appreciated!

Win 11 & games currently have problems so any games installed may be buggy due to this.
What is the exact error code/message when the BSoD shows?
Have you removed all but 1 RAM stick to see if the PC still bluescreen? If it doesn’t then insert 1 RAM stick at a time testing in between. You may have a bad RAM stick.

I have tried between all 4 of my sticks. The error codes differ:
                        PAGE FAULT IN NONPAGED AREA
                        IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL
Some other errors I have seen are-Kernel Security Check Failure, and code 0x8007025d-0x2000c

Is Windows installed? If not then disconnect any unneeded USB devices & disconnect from the internet, then install Windows & choose not to install updates.
If Windows is installed then run Sfc & dism-
Right click on start & choose powershell/terminal with admin & type/copy & paste these cmds one at a time then click Enter:
                              SFC /SCANNOW
                              DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup
                              DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
