Need Help: WHEA_Uncorrectable_Error after installing 3080 fe

Updated the system recently to a 3080 founders edition and getting BSOD when playing games (specifically overwatch, and seen when playing risk of rain 2)

System Setup:
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/dDjZ2m

MOMORY.DMP - WinDbg:
Contribute to Mrooski/WHEA-BSOD development by creating an account on GitHub.

Here are the steps that I have already performed (still crashes):
No overclock on cpu of GPU
Rolled back gpu drivers to previous version
reinstalled gpu drivers
Reinstalled windows
Updated AMD CPU Drivers
Reset BIOS to default settings
Updated BIOS to most recent
Ran SFC
Ran DISM
Temps look fine
Ran Memory check
Double checked wiring
Installed old 1070 GPU (no crash with this configuration)
went back to 3080 (crashed again)
Update psu to 850w(original was 750w)

Notes:
Found playing in overwatch most consistently at 165 hz, doesn’t seem to happen as often at 60 hz
Can run Furmark and prime 95 together for a half hour with no issues

Can see at least one thing in your OP that can cause BSOD but we need to move this thread to the appropriate forum and get some additional info from you.

Post the brand and model name or number of both the previous and the present power supply (PSU).

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.
1. Copy any dmp files from C:\Windows\Minidump onto the desktop.
2. Select all of them, right-click on one, and click on Send To> New Compressed (zipped) Folder.
3. Upload the zip folder using the Attach button, bottom left of the dialogue input box

Two decent enough PSUs.
RAM
32.0GB Dual-Channel Unknown @ 1066MHz

Only the one thing of note in Speccy and that is related to the RAM, you need to enable XMP in the BIOS as the RAM is running too slow for the CPU, Ryzen CPUs do not like slow RAM and enabling XMP will give the CPU the 3200MHz RAM that your CPU works best with.

All your crash dmps flag a hardware error and namely the CPU, see how things go with XMP enabled.

NB: Noticed that the RAM that you actually have is not the same as what is shown in your PCPartPicker list.

Going offline now but will check back after work tomorrow UK time.

I tried enabling XMP and still got a crash. This time during game and also upon reboot.

See attached minidump files

If I do not respond to a thread it is because for one reason or another I have not been able to.

If your computer issue/s are so pressing that you cannot wait on the free assistance that we offer here feel free to let us know, unlike certain other sites we don’t bandy around being MSVP but instead choose to promote family values, hence the very reason for my absence.

Your crash dmps are again flagging up a WHEA (Windows Hardware Error Architecture) issue so we should start with the basics.

Can we have a new Speccy url and MTB log please;

Download MiniToolBox and save the file to the Desktop.

Close the browser and run the tool, check the following options;

List last 10 Event Viewer Errors
List Installed Programs
List Devices (Only Problems)
List Users, Partitions and Memory size

Click on Go.

Post the resulting log in your next reply for us if you will.

MTB attached

I was recommended elsewhere that I might under-clock and under-volt the GPU so I have attempted that most recently.

Issue unsolved

Attempted a BIOS update on the MOBO. Still getting crashes in Overwatch (see attached MBT file)

Speccy after updating MOBO BIOS: http://speccy.piriform.com/results/D...pFemrDxCCKBXu0

I am rebuilding another older computer (4770k) and am going to put the 3080 in there to validate that it is not the GPU.

Here is a HWiNFO .csv dump from the most recent crash while running heaven. One thing to note, and something that I have been seeing a lot is that the crash usually happens after the stress test/in the middle of games in OW.
