Colored solid screen while freezing with buzzing noises

Having issues with PC don’t really know what causes the problem. When I open games, or some other application like a snap camera when it crashes sometimes doesn’t cause colored screen buzzing noise. Games crash often too. I can only run something like google, youtube, docs, some things not heavy. The only way to fix it is to completely shut off the computer by pressing the power button.
