PC crashing to desktop during games and blue screening. Pls help D:

My PC keeps bluescreening and games I play randomly crash to desktop.

I get this error code in Reliability Monitor:

    Problem signature

    Problem Event Name: LiveKernelEvent
    Code: 141
    Parameter 1: ffffd10539252460
    Parameter 2: fffff8028f39dac0
    Parameter 3: 0
    Parameter 4: 2278
    OS version: 10_0_19042
    Service Pack: 0_0
    Product: 256_1
    OS Version: 10.0.19042.2.0.0.256.48
    Locale ID: 1033

I’ve tried clean booting/Updating all my drivers/Rolling back my drivers. I’m no PC wizard so I have no idea what else I can do to fix it.

    System Specs:
    Graphics Card-AMD Radeon 5600xt
    Motherboard-MPG X570 Gaming Plus
    Processor-AMD Ryzen 5 3600 XT
    PSU-GAMEMAX VP-600w 80+ Bronze Certified
    500gb nvme ssd
    2tb harddrive
    16gb memory.

Looks like you have more than one issue going on with the first one being easy for us to identify.

The PSU that you have is to put it mildly a piece of junk, labelled as 600W when it can only produce 480W and that is questionable, see specs here only the watts on the +12V rail count.

For the GPU that you have you need a minimum of a Gold efficiency rated 550W PSU from a proven brand such as Corsair, EVGA or Seasonic.
    1. Copy any dmp files from C:\Windows\Minidump onto the desktop.
    2. Select all of them, right-click on one, and click on Send To> New Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    3. Upload the zip folder using the Attach button, bottom left of the dialogue input box
