      Not sure how we can even begin to help when you have told us zero about your computer, anything that you may have tried already and most importantly you have not read the information provided before posting.

      Just a fyi, restarting issues are mostly hardware related and predominantly the PSU either being too weak or overheating internally, in addition to the BSOD info we need the brand and model name or number of the PSU.
