    No idea why I'm crashing

Hello I have built my PC not too long ago maybe mid-december and am now receiving some problems with my games. I have been starting to crash randomly with frequent bluescreens. I have tried DDU’ing to older drivers but that just made the problem happen in select games and it doesn’t crash anymore on GTA V like it did the first time I had the latest drivers. I do not know how I got this problem, I have only started to get this problem when I installed my SATA SSD and do not know why it fixes the problem when I take out the SATA but the problem still happens when my game is on a different drive. Can someone please tell me how I should go on from here. I exceed Recommended Requirements and am also getting good temps.
    SPECS:
    AMD Ryzen 5 2600X
    ASROCK PRO4 B450M
    GTX 1660ti OC GIGABYTE
750W MWE GOLD PSU COOLER MASTER
    16GB 3200mhz CORSAIR
    250GB A2000 KINGSTON M.2
    480GB SATA SSD KINGSTON A400

DRIVERS I INSTALLED AFTER CLEAN WIPE / Reinstall OS:
GEFORCE Experience, AMD Chipset Drivers from ASROCK website, Realtek LAN, Realtek Audio.

If you need any more info please ask me.

        Hello @zen ,

Please do the following for me.

Please download the Sysnative BSOD Dump + System File Collection App - save to Documents folder.

Run the app - Double-click on the downloaded EXE file
Output = new folder created in Documents + a zipped version – SysnativeFileCollectionApp folder + SysnativeFileCollectionApp.zip.

Please note that the app averages ~3 minutes to run on most systems; other systems - it my take as long as 10-15 minutes to run. Please be patient.

Also note: The app auto-zips the SysnativeFileCollectionApp output folder. It is located in your Documents folder.
Windows Explorer should open and highlight the zipped folder

Please attach the SysnativeFileCollectionApp.zip to your post and await further instructions

Oh I am very sorry I didn’t mean frequent bluescreens I just meant to say that I have bluescreened twice out of like the 10 times it has crashed so I do not think it is a BSOD error and as far as I can remember I do not think there was an error code on the bluescreens not sure though. jmarket

The crashes are pretty random after a few minutes maybe around 20minutes my game would just freeze then go back to desktop.

I would still like you to run the tool and upload the logs if possible. The logs will help us determine what’s causing you to crash and also provide us with details about any BSODs as well
