I would suggest that you see if you are able to rerun the test but this time with the Windows Power Plan set to Balanced and the Hyper-V Virtualization enabled, if the CPU still fails you have at least ruled out both as being the cause of the CPU failing the testing.

Just a fyi, if the CPU does turn out to be bad it will be unusual as under normal use the CPU is most often the least likely of the hardware to fail.

I tested it with Hyper-v enabled and with AMD Ryzen Balanced Power Plan and then with the Windows Balanced Power Plan and it failed in both, with the same error (i didn’t reboot the pc when changing the power plan, should i?).
So next step would be changing the CPU? And if that’s the case, if i get a new exact same Ryzen 5 3600 i’d have to reinstall windows 10 or could i use the windows 10 i have now?

Not sure a restart would have affected the Power Plan setting but you could rerun the test after a restart just to be thorough.

Is the present CPU still under warranty, as said they rarely go bad so if your has and is still in warranty RMA it.

If only swapping out the present CPU no clean install of Windows will be required.

Perfect, yes it is still under warranty. I’ll start talking to the store i bought it from to change it. In my country this things can be very slow so i won’t be able to give an update really fast but i will when i get it.
I wanted to thank you very much for the help and advice phill. This must be the best place to post for help just because of admins like you. Thanks a lot!!!

Good news that you still have the warranty (y)

            While you wait to hear back from the store you could do the following then rerun the test;

Try restoring the MBs default factory settings in the BIOS, they are sometimes listed as one of the following " factory defaults" β€œmost stable” or on newer boards β€œoptimised” please note that if you have both the β€œmost stable” and the β€œoptimised” options in the BIOS you should choose the most stable" option as in this instance the β€œoptimised” settings are a form of overclocking that can cause instability.

This is just an extra test and will understand if you would rather leave things be now that you have started the warranty claim.

You are welcome btw and thank you for your kind words

I did it, loaded the β€œoptimised settings” and it changed something, ran the test and it lasted a little longer than before but it failed again saying hardware issue. Does this change anything?

If you still got a hardware error it does not look good being honest but keep using the PC as it is and see how it behaves, the testing and changes that you have done up to now only really leave the CPU or the MB as being suspect.

Any new BSOD there is no harm in us taking a look so upload any dmp/s, a new MTB log and Speccy url, will be interesting to see that should you get any more BSOD whether or not you are connected to the internet at the time.

Speccy is not showing any Windows 10 updates having been installed + Windows Defender failed to install a security update on August 16th, your latest crash is shown to be a problem with Windows itself and win32k.sys in particular, the second crash was caused by RtkAudUService64.exe.

Try getting Windows and Windows Defender fully up to date and reinstall the Realtek audio and your storage device drivers.

The MTB log confirms the above + in addition shows that you have had problems with the internet connection.

I reinstalled the drivers. Do you suggest i do anything about the internet problems while i wait for the RMA?

What about getting Windows and Windows Defender fully up to date, if yes, can we have a new Speccy url so we can make sure that they have all installed properly.

The internet problems could be related to Windows/Windows Defender.

Windows Update says it’s all up to date. http://speccy.piriform.com/results/P...jgyTHfc4dlYOPr

Maybe the issues are because of the hardware malfunction
