Keep getting BSOD when playing games.

    My PC:
CPU - AMD Ryzen 5 2600 (With stock CPU fan)
    Motherboard - Gigabyte B450M DS3H
GPU - PowerColor Radeon RX 580
    RAM - Corsair Vengeance LPX 3200MHz (2 x 8 GB)
    PSU - Cooler Master MWE White 600W V2 230V
Storage - ADATA SU800 512GB SSD, and, Seagate Barracuda 1TB HDD
All this is in the CoolerMaster Masterbox Q300L case with 3 fans.

Hello, so I’m pretty new to this PC world and i have just built my first PC on the 10th of June, so a week now. the problem is that when i play games i get the BSOD and this happens often, at least once a day, this happens on many different games which i should be able to run easily with my PC.
I’ve tried to educate myself as much as I can about computers and I’ve done hours of research to try and fix this issue but nothing seems to work, I’ve tried to install the correct and latest drivers, I’ve ran the ‘Windows Memory Diagnostic’ tool and it said my memory is all good.
I installed a program that analyses the crash dump files called ‘WhoCrashed’ and most of the files say something went wrong with ‘ntoskrnl.exe’ but there was one time in which there was another file, like i said i tried to look these up but nothing seemed to work. I’ve attached the zip folders since I’ve seen it’s helpful to you guys in other posts.
These crashes mostly happen when I’m playing games but there was a time where it crashed while i was on Google watching YouTube.

There has been many more crashes than the two i have attached but they are no longer in the mini dump folder so i assume they were deleted somehow but I’m not sure how or why that happened. I hope I provided enough helpful information and i truly appreciate what you guys are doing here.

    Thanks a lot.

It’s all good I’m ok with waiting a little.
Some additional information that i forgot to mention is that I’m running 64-bit Windows 10 and I’ll attach some more dump files.
These were caused by different things than before. Still using ‘WhoCrashed’ it reported that it was caused by ‘amdkmdag.sys’. I did some research and Microsoft said increasing the time the display had to refresh before restarting the entire system from 2 seconds to 8 seconds could help, although it didn’t help.
      Thanks again for any help.

GPU drivers are the only constant as in four out of five crashes.

Download and run DriverView which you can get from here

Save the results to text and attach to your next reply for us if you will.

Download and save to the folder the Windows 10 drivers from here

            Download DDU from here

Create a new system restore point then run DDU and uninstall only the present AMD GPU drivers and nothing else.

Restart the computer in Safe Mode only (No Networking).

Install the new GPU drivers that you saved to the folder on your desktop.

Restart the computer, test then post back with an update for us.[/COLOR]

No worries but unless urgent avoid posting unless it is to update or conclude your thread, I do not get any notification if you reply to your own thread and being that I get up to 200 emails a day to read a reply to your own thread could easily get missed.

So whenever i try to re-install GPU drivers i get errors, usually saying something is missing and I’m really confused.
Download drivers and software for AMD products — includes Windows and Linux support, auto-detect tools & detailed guides for installation.

This is a link that i get when the error comes up.

GPU drivers and Spotify were both flagged in the latest crash.

Run DriverView again and post the updated log for us.

Your driver log suggests that the AMD GPU drivers were not uninstalled using DDU as was previously advised, it is important that you follow the exact steps as they were explained in my reply #6, no rush in replying as I am going offline soon as I have an early start in the morning.
