While waiting for others to reply
We need system specs please include the make and model of the power supply
If the report does not work then see if the system can boot into safe mode and try again and let us know if safe mode has the same issue.
Try getting the system to

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

You could also attempt a Clean Boot to see what is giving you the issues.

What is Clean Boot State in Windows? How to perform Clean Boot? What is the difference between Safe Mode and Clean Boot State? This article will tell you!

the crashes were happening before i got the chipset, someone suggested i update it though.

heres a pic of the all the criticals that have the same event id that caused β€œThe system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.”

Looked at the Speccy report and a couple of things stand out but nothing that updating any chipset drivers would fix, that said as per the following explanation I am unable to assist atm.

We are always happy to help when we can but we cannot safely do so if you are already receiving assistance on any other forum, doing so may lead to confusion as to whose and what guidance you are following which can be both dangerous and costly, decide on which forum you wish to continue and as a courtesy let the other/s know that assistance is no longer required.

Thank you for your understanding.

A word to the wise, avoid such places and stick to respected forums where 99.99% of suggestions post by members will get checked by a member of staff to make sure that the content is safe.

First things that I noticed in your Speccy url was the multiple AVs and screens that you have, Avast on its own is a nightmare but you have Malwarebytes installed as well, the PSU may be 600W but it is only Bronze efficiency rated suitable for entry level desktops so those additional screens are sucking the life out of the PSU.

Before we go any further, can you explain what type of crashes you are getting, software crashes whereas hardware shuts down and a computer that black screens and shuts down has not crashed it has shut down because of hardware failure which in case you are not aware includes overheating that causes hardware failure.

That is hardware related not software.

Where do the screens get the signal from and what powers the GPU and all the other internal hardware.

If the GPU and/or the PSU overheat you get a black screen before the computer shuts down.

so you think its a overheating issue and i should clean my pc?

sometimes too after it boots up after the bios theres a small cmd window that appears in the mist of the black screen that goes away before windows boots up.
doesnt do that unless it crashes

First thing that I suggest that you do is completely disconnect all but one screen from the computer so that you can hopefully keep it going while we address the other things that we can see in Speccy.

Sorry but with the best will in the world we can`t help you with random and the only thing that you can do for the next day or so is keep a note of what the computer was being used for at the time of the shut down.

Regarding your event viewer, only the critical error 41 codes will cause a computer to shut down and most if not all of the other errors are caused by Windows not being shut down when the critical error 41 occurs, the error code 41 in Windows language btw means that the computer lost power before Windows was properly shut down.
